Royal Challengers Bengaluru recorded a thrilling two-wicket victory over Mumbai Indians in the 54th match of the Indian Premier League 2026, securing the win on the final ball of the contest.

The result also confirmed the elimination of both Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants from the tournament.

With the victory, Royal Challengers Bengaluru climbed to the top of the IPL points table.

Batting first in the match played in Raipur, Mumbai Indians posted 166 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their allotted overs.

In reply, Royal Challengers Bengaluru successfully chased down the target after scoring 167 for eight, sealing victory on the final delivery of the match.
